This is my third time using their services and I'm always impressed with the professionalism. The first two times were for rug cleaning. This time I had them come over to my place and clean my downstairs carpets. They did a fantastic job as always. Thank you Babayans and crew.
I thought I was gonna have to throw out my rug. We had it for a long time and it was in need of repairs. Babayans said they could do the repairs and gave us a quote. The price was really good and it was worth it for us. We got our rug back wrapped in plastic, washed and completely repaired. Almost like it was when we first brought it home all those years ago. Cant thank you guys enough for the amazing rug repair.
Great company that was very careful with my persian rug. The delivery guy was careful when loading it and it returned to me plastic wrapped and ver clean. I appreciate this level of service from Babayans staff. Even the support staff over the phone was very pleasant. Overall great experience.
Had a great experience getting our rugs cleaned. The staff that set up all the pricing, delivery work and rug cleaning are very professional. The drivers came at the time they said they would come and overall everything just felt easy. Thank to all the staff for making everything simple and easy. Babayans know rug repair very well and that's based on the job they did on my rug. I thought it was beyond fixing but the technician assured me that they could fix it. When I got my persian rug back, it looked like brand new. I didn't want to throw out a rug I've had for a long time so seeing it in perfect condition again was a great thing. Left my damaged rugs with Babayans to repair including an oriental rug that has brought here by our family. When I came the rugs were like brand new. The team were able to restore the rugs to their original look and then clean them. They look great. I am very happy with the service that Babayans provided for us.
